Our comprehensive inspections are a thorn in the side of many a real estate agent as our inspection team are so much more than employees from out of town dependent on referrals from agents.

With over 30 years of  experience building homes and treating termites in the Ipswich region you can be sure that not only will you get a report that is totally independent but is more comprehensive and detailed than is even required by the relevant Australian standard. Because we live and work in Ipswich we know about suburbs and areas with particular issues such as reactive soils, under mining or where the flood waters went to, experience that comes from being born and bred in Ipswich.

Separate pest and building reports including the house inside and out, roof void and subfloor if applicable, the grounds, trees and all outbuildings.
